Work at The Pines

Summer Camp is our busiest season at The Pines, and the Associate Director will take on the challenge of leading all of our summer programming and staff! You’ll be the hub for the vision and implementation of developmentally appropriate and Christ-centered summer programming for 3,300+ campers ages 7-18! And if recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, and managing 200+ college-age young adults sounds like the kind of young adult ministry where you thrive, this job might be a great fit for you.

This role works cross-functionally with our entire staff, regularly collaborating with the rest of camp staff. During the academic year, the Associate Director plans and runs our Advent retreat (Alive Again) and staff retreat — and they provide support for other retreats, programs, and events.

This is a full-time position that requires frequent night and weekend availability. Occasional travel is required for recruiting and conferences.
